Conditions of Use

Delivery

Please allow 2-3 business days, to process and ship orders (In stock). We cannot give an exact delivery time. International orders will process when we get the green light from the Banks and may take a week before shipping. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and US Holidays. If you find a defective or damaged item please inform us as soon as possible. All weights and measurements are US Standards unless otherwise specified. Listed weights are for shipping purposes only and does not necessarily reflect the item's weight. Orders will ship after physically receiving funds.

The longest we can ship via the Post Office is 42 inches. Contact us if you wish to ship larger items. We can arrange special shipping.

Exchanges

When it is our fault, we will bend over backwards to help rectify the issue, when you do not notify us within 3 days of accepting the shipment or the solution, we can only accept that you are 100% satisfied and no further action is needed. All offers verbal or implied are void at that point.

Special Orders

No refunds on Special Orders. Special Orders are made as a courtesy to our Clients. We ask for the courtesy to be reciprocated in that you do not ask for a refund for your special order.

Secure Payment

Receive payment invoices and pay for your order confidentailly without transmitting valuable personal account information.

PayPal

We still accept PayPal. You can email your PayPal payment to PayPal @ RC101.com (USA Orders Only). All International orders must be Paid Via Credit Card. We will email you a secure invoice.

Refused Deliveries are subject to a surcharge on top of the return shipping fees.

We accept Money Order, Traveler's Cheques, Bank Check, eCheck, and Credit Cards. Cash is always welcomed. We also email invoices to our Clients for payment. We do not accept Personal Checks. If you send us one and it bounces, you will be charged a $25.00 returned check fee. Your Order will wait patiently until it clears (7 days).

We Buy Back new Kyosho parts.

If you would like to sell back your kit parts in exchange for upgraded parts at the time of delivery of the kit, please email us. We have teamed up with aftermarket companies to upgrade your models, and enhance your racing experience.

Returns

We do not accept returns. We are a small shop. If you are the type of shopper that frequently likes to return items, go to Super Mart.

We will not accept a return on discontinued, scratch-n-dent, consignment products.

Returning a damaged/defective item, I received an item that doesn't work, how do I return it?

Please contact the manufacturer of the product for service and warranty.

What happens if we receive an item back because it is undeliverable?

Every once in a while, we will have a package returned to us because the couriers were unable to deliver it to you. When this happens, we will attempt to contact you to establish a convenient re-dispatching date. Unfortunately, we will recharge you the shipping fees, since we are charged for returned parcels.

Do you ever accept Returns?

In the rare event that a return is authorized there will be a 20% restocking fee and shipping is never refunded. We only sell new items and no one wants to buy a returned item.
